2. Early Access Form

When you sign up for early access to fAIr, we process the data you provide — in particular your email address and, optionally, your name, your company, your role and your message.

The purpose of the processing is to handle your early access request and to contact you in this regard.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary to handle your request. If you additionally consent to receive product updates or similar communications, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Storage Duration

We store your data only for as long as necessary to handle your early access request, or until you ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed or no longer needed requests are deleted on a regular basis.

4. Recipients and Service Providers

To operate the website and process the form, we may use technical service providers, e.g. hosting, database or form providers. They process personal data only within the scope of providing their technical services and are bound by the corresponding data processing agreements where required.

5. Your Rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
